Description du poste

Votre mission:

Coordonner et optimiser les flux et les outils logistique / transport, et assurer la livraison et la facturation des produits finis dans le respect des délais, en optimisant les coûts et les stocks.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Suivre les flux et les outils nécessaires à la réception et à la distribution des produits et services, ainsi qu’à l’alignement des stocks
  • Respecter et appliquer les procédures au quotidien
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs, analyser les écarts, identifier les dérives et participer à la mise en place d’actions correctives de premier niveau
  • Veiller à la mise à jour des modes opératoires concernant les flux entrants et sortants (expéditions / réceptions) et des reportings
  • Paramétrer les tables de paramétrage de l’ERP pour la gestion des différents flux
  • Identifier les dysfonctionnements (écarts, retards de livraison, de préparation et d’approvisionnement), les remonter au coordinateur logistique et proposer des solutions en concertation avec votre hiérarchie
  • Remplacer partiellement le coordinateur logistique en cas d’absence (transfert d’information, reporting, suivi des KPI)

Qualifications

Votre profil:

  • Bac +2 en transport / logistique / commerce souhaité
  • Anglais B2
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office et des logiciels métiers / ERP (SAP ou Oracle)
  • Connaissance de la chaîne de distribution et du transport
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Une première expérience export ou transport est un plus
