  • Establish performance guardrails, monitor media effectiveness, and translate data into actionable business recommendations. Advance measurement through incrementality testing, attribution, and omnichannel impact analysis.
  • Partner with E-commerce, Brand, Finance, Retail, Analytics, and global teams to align media investments with commercial priorities, product launches, creative strategies, and geographic expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop internal media team members while providing strategic direction and accountability to external agency partners. Guide decision-making, resolve roadblocks, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve media effectiveness through first-party data activation, audience strategies, automation, AI-driven platform capabilities, and product feed optimization.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
