DEINE ROLLE

- Du verantwortest das Wachstum in deiner Region und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson vor Ort

- Du gehst aktiv auf Saloninhaber:innen in deiner Region zu – telefonisch, per Walk-in oder über Social Media (Kaltakquise).

- Vor Ort ermittelst du den Bedarf des Salons mithilfe von Fragen und zeigst anhand von Produktdemos, wie Salonkee den Alltag vereinfachen kann.

- Du verantwortest deinen eigenen Funnel vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss.

- Deine Woche planst du eigenverantwortlich, mit klaren Zielen und einer Führungskraft, die dich unterstützt und weiterentwickelt.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

- Vertriebserfahrung ist nicht unbedingt notwendig. Wenn du aus dem Hospitality, Beauty, Retail, Fitness, Event oder einem anderen Bereich mit viel Kundenkontakt kommst, bringst du das Wichtigste schon mit.

- Du bist kontaktfreudig und gehst gerne in den Austausch – egal ob am Telefon oder direkt vor Ort.

- Du bist in der Lage, Menschen zu begeistern und Interessen zu wecken.

- Du kannst mit Ablehnung umgehen und richtest den Blick nach vorn.

- Du bist lernbereit, setzt Feedback um und willst dich weiterentwickeln.

- Du bist strukturiert, organisiert und sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools.

- Verhandlungssicheres bis muttersprachliches Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

- Führerschein der Klasse B und Freude daran, in deiner Region unterwegs zu sein.
