TES MISSIONS

- Exécution de la stratégie de Talent Acquisition : Tu mets en œuvre la stratégie de recrutement pour nos marchés francophones (France, Luxembourg, Belgique francophone et Suisse romande), sourcing actif et processus de sélection inclus, depuis notre siège à Luxembourg

- Recherche de candidats : Tu mobilises des canaux variés (jobboards, réseaux sociaux, réseaux professionnels, cooptation, approche directe) pour identifier des talents qualifiés et constituer un vivier solide, en particulier pour nos équipes commerciales terrain (field sales) et sédentaires (inside sales)

- Présélection et évaluation : Tu mènes des entretiens et évalues en profondeur l'adéquation des candidats, tant sur le plan professionnel que culturel

- Processus d'entretien : Tu organises et conduis les entretiens (téléphone, visio, en présentiel) et collabores étroitement avec les managers recruteurs dans le choix des candidats

- Gestion de la relation : Tu construis et entretiens des relations solides avec les candidats et les équipes métiers pour garantir un processus de recrutement fluide

TON PROFIL

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en recrutement ou en Talent Acquisition

- Solide maîtrise des techniques de sourcing modernes et des méthodes d'entretien

- Excellentes qualités de communication et esprit d'équipe, à tous les niveaux

- Français de niveau langue maternelle et très bon niveau d'anglais

- Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et souci du détail, même dans un environnement dynamique
