CDL-A Semi-Local Driver – Smithfield Hybrid NC

Pay & Schedule

  • Average weekly pay: $1,170
  • Average annual pay: $60,320
  • Top weekly pay: $1,550
  • Top annualized earnings: $80,453
  • $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus
  • Per-load pay for runs up to 189 miles, then CPM
  • Safe and on-time bonus opportunity
  • Evening start times: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; 12-hour shifts
  • Available schedules: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
  • At least 2 overnight layovers per week
  • Night driving required
  • Must be available weekends and holidays
  • Home 3–4 times weekly when customer needs permit; may stay out overnight once per week

Job Details

  • Semi-local dedicated freight operation
  • No-touch freight
  • Approximately 1,500 miles per week
  • Deliveries within a 300-mile radius of Tar Heel, NC
  • Office staff and maintenance support on site

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • No SAP drivers
  • Reliable personal transportation to and from work
  • Must be comfortable with night driving, weekends, and holiday schedules
