ABOUT US

The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia's largest and most-loved charities. We believe in doing good that transforms lives and futures for the better. It is this belief which drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference. From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.

At the Salvation Army Employment Plus (EPlus), we've worked with over 200,000 businesses across Australia and seen well over half a million Australians successfully placed in employment. We don't ever see a job, as just a job. We see a job as an opportunity for a better, more secure, more stable and empowered life.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Inspiring and empowering parents through one-on-one appointments, helping them unlock their potential and smash their unique goals.
  • Breaking down barriers to education and employment by connecting participants with vital community resources and providing ongoing mentorship that truly makes a difference.
  • Collaborating with local community and government partners to craft personalised, family-focused support that changes lives for the better.
  • Traveling within the Sydney greater west region to build knowledge and understanding of our program to increase the parents we can support.
  • Driving success independently and as part of a team, surpassing KPI targets and making a real impact on both personal and collective achievements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
