About Us: Salvation Private Home Care is a licensed GAPP provider based in Atlanta, GA, serving the surrounding areas and other cities in the state of Georgia. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized home care services to medically fragile children in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary: The Behavioral Aide provides one-on-one, in-home behavioral support to children under the age of 21 enrolled in the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). This role focuses on implementing behavior support strategies developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other qualifying behavioral diagnoses. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support skill-building related to communication, daily routines, safety behaviors, and emotional regulation
  • Collect and document behavioral data as directed by the supervising BCBA
  • Communicate observations and progress to the clinical team
  • Maintain professionalism and therapeutic boundaries in the home setting
  • Follow all Medicaid, agency, and client-specific policies

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow structured behavior plans and clinical direction
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Willing to complete a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Coursework or training in psychology, education, social work, or ABA
  • Prior experience with in-home services, Medicaid-funded programs, or pediatric populations

Supervision & Training:

  • Behavioral Aides receive ongoing supervision from a contracted BCBA
  • Training provided on client-specific behavior plans, documentation requirements, and safety and compliance standards

Work Environment:

  • Services are delivered in the child's home and community settings — this is not a clinic-based position
  • Behavioral Aides do not conduct assessments or write treatment plans
  • Consistency, reliability, and professionalism are critical
  • Reliable transportation required

Compensation:

  • $15–$16/hr
  • Paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
