Apfelschorle, ACE und Rhabarberschorle: unser Sortiment ist so vielfältig wie unsere Ausbildungsberufe.

Diese Aufgaben erwartet dich bei uns als Fachkraft für Fruchtsafttechnik:

  • Du lernst Schritt für Schritt, wie Mineralwasser und Erfrischungsgetränke hergestellt werden
  • Du arbeitest mit modernen Produktions- und Abfüllanlagen und bekommst schnell eigene Aufgaben
  • Du hilfst bei der Mischung und Abfüllung unserer Getränke mit
  • Du prüfst Rohstoffe und fertige Produkte, damit alles unseren Standards entspricht
  • Du bekommst spannende Einblicke hinter die Kulissen: vom Labor bis zur fertigen Flasche
  • Du achtest darauf, dass Hygiene und Sicherheit im Arbeitsalltag immer eingehalten werden

Dauer der Ausbildung: 3 Jahre

Berufsschule:

Berufliche Schulen Rheingau in 65366 Geisenheim

  • 3 mal im Jahr Blockunterricht für je 4 - 5 Wochen am Stück
  • Zuschuss zur Verpflegung
  • Übernahme der Fahrtkosten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Was noch wichtig ist:

Da wir keine Obst- und Gemüseverarbeitung haben, kann ein Praktikum in einem anderen Betrieb absolviert werden, ist aber keine Voraussetzung. Die Organisation übernimmt dein Ausbilder für dich.
