Pour un domaine situé dans la région namuroise, nous recherchons des commis de salle et serveurs expérimentés pour renforcer les équipes lors des services, mariages, séminaires, banquets et événements privés ou professionnels.

¿ Votre fonction

En collaboration avec le maître d'hôtel et l'équipe de salle, vous participez au bon déroulement des prestations.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Préparer la salle avant l'arrivée des clients.
  • Dresser les tables selon les consignes et le standing de l'événement.
  • Vérifier la propreté et la présentation du matériel.
  • Accueillir les clients et les accompagner à leur table.
  • Assurer le service des boissons et des plats.
  • Présenter les plats et renseigner les clients sur les préparations.
  • Débarrasser les tables et assurer leur redressage.
  • Veiller au bon rythme du service et anticiper les besoins des clients.
  • Collaborer efficacement avec la cuisine et les autres membres de l'équipe.
  • Respecter les consignes du responsable de salle.
  • Participer au rangement et à la remise en ordre après les prestations.

¿ Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience en salle dans le secteur horeca.
  • Vous connaissez les bases et les codes du service à table.
  • Vous maîtrisez les règles de préséance et de savoir-vivre en restauration.
  • Vous adoptez une attitude professionnelle en salle.
  • Vous êtes souriant(e), poli(e) et avez le sens de l'accueil.
  • Vous êtes dynamique et résistant(e) physiquement.
  • Vous savez travailler rapidement tout en restant attentif(ve) aux détails.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans les événements accueillant un grand nombre de convives.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes ponctuel(le), fiable et professionnel(le).
