Pour un domaine situé dans la région namuroise, nous recherchons des cuisiniers et commis de cuisine expérimentés afin de renforcer les équipes lors de prestations ponctuelles, événements privés, mariages, séminaires et services réguliers.

Nous recherchons des personnes immédiatement opérationnelles, capables de s'intégrer rapidement à une brigade.

¿ Votre fonction

Selon votre expérience et votre niveau d'autonomie, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Réaliser les préparations préliminaires : épluchage, taillage, découpe et préparation des ingrédients.
  • Effectuer les mises en place nécessaires au bon déroulement du service.
  • Préparer les entrées, plats et accompagnements.
  • Participer à la réalisation des préparations chaudes et froides.
  • Assurer le dressage des assiettes dans le respect des standards de présentation.
  • Participer à l'envoi des commandes pendant les services.
  • Respecter les fiches techniques et les consignes du chef.
  • Veiller à la bonne conservation des produits et à la gestion des stocks.
  • Appliquer rigoureusement les normes HACCP et les règles d'hygiène.
  • Maintenir votre poste de travail propre et organisé.
  • Participer au nettoyage et au rangement de la cuisine après le service.

¿ Votre profil

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle en cuisine.
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques culinaires de base.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler en autonomie en fonction de votre poste.
  • Vous êtes rapide, organisé(e) et efficace.
  • Vous savez travailler sous pression lors de services importants.
  • Vous êtes capable de suivre les directives d'un chef de cuisine.
  • Vous avez le souci du détail et de la qualité.
  • Vous respectez les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
  • Vous êtes flexible et disponible pour des prestations ponctuelles.
  • Une expérience en restauration gastronomique, événementielle ou traditionnelle est un atout.

Un plus : disposer de son propre matériel professionnel de cuisine.
