Vous êtes autonome, vigilant(e), responsable et capable de prendre les bonnes décisions sans avoir une équipe autour de vous ?

Pour un domaine situé dans la région namuroise, nous recherchons du personnel de nuit afin d'assurer la continuité des activités et la sécurité de l'établissement durant les heures nocturnes.

¿ Votre fonction

Vous êtes le référent de l'établissement durant la nuit. Vous assurez une présence rassurante auprès des clients et veillez au bon fonctionnement du domaine.

Vos responsabilités :

Accueil et réception

  • Accueillir les clients arrivant tardivement.
  • Assurer les check-in et les check-out matinaux.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients durant la nuit.
  • Gérer les appels téléphoniques et les éventuelles réservations.
  • Assurer une transmission claire des informations à l'équipe de jour.

Surveillance et sécurité

  • Effectuer des rondes de contrôle dans les différentes zones de l'établissement.
  • Veiller à la sécurité des clients, du personnel et des infrastructures.
  • Contrôler les accès et rester attentif(ve) aux personnes présentes sur le domaine.
  • Identifier les comportements suspects ou les situations inhabituelles.
  • Réagir rapidement et de manière adaptée en cas d'incident.
  • Appliquer les procédures d'urgence et contacter les services compétents si nécessaire.

Gestion et tâches administratives

  • Effectuer les clôtures journalières et les opérations de night audit selon les procédures.
  • Vérifier les dossiers et les opérations de réception.
  • Préparer les éléments nécessaires à l'ouverture de la journée suivante.
  • Rédiger un rapport de nuit et signaler tout incident.

¿ Votre profil

  • Vous avez une excellente capacité à travailler seul(e).
  • Vous êtes responsable et particulièrement vigilant(e).
  • Vous savez prendre des initiatives et gérer des situations délicates.
  • Vous avez une bonne gestion du stress.
  • Vous êtes capable de faire preuve de fermeté et de diplomatie.
  • Vous pouvez effectuer les rondes prévues entre les bâtiments.
  • Vous êtes discret(ète), fiable et ponctuel(le).
  • Une expérience dans la sécurité, la surveillance ou le gardiennage est un sérieux atout.
  • Une expérience en réception hôtelière ou en night audit est également appréciée.

Attention : ce poste demande une réelle autonomie et un grand sens des responsabilités. Il ne s'agit pas uniquement d'assurer une présence nocturne.
