Sign-on bonus payouts are contingent upon active employment and satisfactory performance at the time of payout.

What You'll Do

  • Provide a personalized, high-quality sales experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and professionalism
  • Assist customers in selecting luxury vehicles that fit their lifestyle, preferences, and needs
  • Demonstrate Mercedes-Benz vehicles, advanced technology, safety features, and performance capabilities
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Guide customers through the purchasing and delivery process
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
  • Stay knowledgeable about Mercedes-Benz models, features, and new product developments
  • Work closely with dealership leadership and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing sales, customer service, and product training

What We're Looking For

Luxury automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual!

Previous experience in automotive sales, luxury retail, real estate, hospitality, or other relationship-based sales roles is preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
