What You’ll Do

• Build, grow, and manage strong customer relationships while expanding market share and profitability
• Identify opportunities, design smart solutions, and close deals across new and existing accounts
• Promote and sell new and used equipment, parts, service, and rental within your territory
• Stay connected to the market by strengthening product knowledge, tracking competitors, and supporting company events

What You’ll Bring

• A customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience with complex or capital equipment, ideally within warehouse or industrial environments
• Solid business judgment, financial awareness, and the ability to turn insight into action
• Comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office to stay organized and accountable
