At SitePro Rentals, we believe great service starts with great people. We’re a team built on integrity, hard work, and a genuine commitment to taking care of our customers and each other. Every day, we work together to keep businesses moving, solve problems, and deliver on our promises.

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor/Service Wirter who enjoys supporting teammates, keeping things organized, and making sure the right people have what they need to get the job done. If you take pride in solving problems, staying one step ahead, and being someone others can count on, you'll feel right at home here.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play an important role in keeping our Parts and Service teams connected, organized, and moving forward. From coordinating parts and supporting technicians to managing service orders and helping internal teams find solutions, you'll make sure the details are handled so others can do their best work.

Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and follow through will help reduce downtime, support our field teams, and keep our customers' equipment working when they need it most.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep parts and service moving. Help coordinate parts availability, orders, and deliveries while supporting technicians and service teams with the information and resources they need to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Be the go-to support for your team. Respond to internal requests, help troubleshoot order and service questions, and work closely with Parts, Service, Rental, and Sales to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Own the details. Assist with parts and service orders, purchase orders, invoicing, quotes, and accurate recordkeeping while following up on open requests to prevent unnecessary delays.
  • Make teamwork easier. Communicate updates, track outstanding needs, and help resolve issues before they slow down the team, always keeping safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in mind.

What You’ll Bring

  • A heart for helping others. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to support teammates and provide dependable service.
  • Experience you can build on. A high school diploma is required; 5+ years in customer service, parts, operations, or a similar role is preferred. Technical school or college education is a plus.
  • Strong organization and follow-through. The ability to manage multiple requests, maintain accurate records, and confidently use Microsoft Office and business systems. Experience with parts ordering, purchase orders, or invoicing is a plus.
  • A team-first mindset. A willingness to jump in, solve problems, learn the business, and take ownership of the details that help everyone succeed.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • People who have your back. Join a hardworking, supportive team that values integrity, respect, and looking out for one another.
  • Work that matters. Play an important role behind the scenes, helping our technicians, parts teams, and customers succeed every day.
  • Room to grow. Be part of a company that values your contributions, encourages growth, and celebrates shared success.

Come build something great with us.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
