Enseignant Spécialisé (H/F) en Intérim (H/F/D)

Description de poste: Nous somme à la recherche d'un enseigant spécailisé pour Fondation de la protection de l'enfance accueille des jeunes en difficulté. La mission est de leur offrir un cadre sécurisant et éducatif pour favoriser leur développement personnel, scolaire et social.

Mission

En tant qu'enseignant spécialisé, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre de programmes éducatifs adaptés aux besoins spécifiques des jeunes accueillis. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire pour assurer un soutien holistique.

Responsabilités

* Élaborer et animer des activités pédagogiques adaptées aux besoins des jeunes.

* Suivre et évaluer les progrès académiques et sociaux, en adaptant les méthodes selon leur évolution.

* Collaborer avec les éducateurs, psychologues et autres professionnels pour créer un environnement d'apprentissage intégré.

* Communiquer avec les familles et les tuteurs pour assurer un suivi cohérent et constructif.

* Participer aux réunions d'équipe et contribuer à l'élaboration de projets éducatifs et de loisirs.

\-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profil recherché:

* Diplôme en enseignement spécialisé, éducation ou dans un domaine pertinent.

* Expérience auprès d'enfants et d'adolescents en difficulté souhaitée.

* Sens de l'écoute, patience et capacité à établir une relation de confiance.

* Capacité à travailler en équipe et à adapter ses méthodes pédagogiques.

* Bonne Culture générale

* Bonnes compétences en communication.
