Mandatés par un de nos clients, acteur reconnu dans le domaine du Facility Management, nous recherchons pour un poste fixe à 100 %, un(e) :

Responsable de secteur (H/F/D)

Description du poste

En tant que Responsable de secteur, vous êtes chargé(e) de superviser et de coordonner les prestations de services sur plusieurs sites dans le domaine du commerce de détail. Vous assurez le bon déroulement des opérations, la qualité des prestations ainsi que la satisfaction du client final.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et le suivi de plusieurs sites.
  • Organiser et superviser les différentes phases de préparation des magasins, notamment les inventaires, les contrôles et les opérations de mise en place.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et coordonner les responsables de site ainsi que les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Participer au recrutement, à la formation et à la planification des collaborateurs et techniciens.
  • Gérer les absences et organiser les remplacements afin de garantir la continuité des prestations.
  • Contrôler la qualité des services fournis et veiller au respect des procédures et des standards exigés.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives nécessaires.
  • Assurer une présence régulière sur le terrain et maintenir une communication efficace avec les différents interlocuteurs.
  • Participer aux réunions opérationnelles et assurer le reporting auprès de la direction.

\-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profil recherché:

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation professionnelle ou disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans la gestion opérationnelle de sites.
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le Facility Management, les services aux entreprises ou le commerce de détail.
  • Vous possédez une expérience avérée dans l'encadrement et la gestion d'équipes.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais, avec un niveau C1 minimum dans les deux langues.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes de gestion et de suivi des interventions.
  • Vous disposez du permis de conduire et êtes disposé(e) à vous déplacer régulièrement sur les différents sites.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome, réactif(ve) et savez gérer les priorités.
  • Vous possédez un excellent sens relationnel, un leadership naturel et une réelle capacité à fédérer vos équipes.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) solutions, qualité de service et satisfaction client.
