Job Description

En tant qu'Adjoint(e), vous secondez votre Responsable de boutique pour l’ensemble des missions suivantes:

-Concourir à l’accroissement du CA du point de vente grâce au suivi des différents indicateurs de performance.

-Participer activement au quotidien de la boutique : réception des marchandises, réassort, propreté, accueil et prise en charge de la clientèle, encaissements.

-Réaliser les ouvertures et fermetures du point de vente

-Préparation et participation aux inventaires

-SAV : conseil, prise en charge et suivi du dossier client

-Animer et motiver le personnel, en formant, coachant et en impliquant l'équipe dans le développement du point de vente et dans l’atteinte des objectifs.

En tant que réel ambassadeur(rice) de la marque, vous valorisez nos produits auprès d’une clientèle locale exigeante et internationale. Vous veillez au respect de l’image de marque et garantissez un service client premium.

Véritable bras droit du Responsable de boutique, vous êtes en mesure de le remplacer lors de son absence.

Qualifications

Vous justifiez d'une expérience similaire de minimum 1 an, idéalement dans un environnement premium.

Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, vous motivez et fédérez l’équipe, en harmonie avec le Responsable de boutique.

Vous disposez d'une attitude professionnelle caractérisée par l’implication, l'organisation et la fiabilité.

Vous êtes de nature curieuse et aimez apprendre, développer sans cesse vos connaissances produits.

Vous maîtrisez l’anglais, une langue complémentaire serait fortement appréciée. Excellente présentation et bonne élocution exigées.
