Role Mission

Lead the SAMY’s Growth in the Romanian market by identifying and driving new business opportunities, developing long-term client partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-impact social and digital marketing solutions. The role combines commercial leadership, relationship management, business development, and first stages project execution and supervision, playing a key role in SAMY’s continued growth journey and client success.

Key responsibilities

  1. Drive business growth and profitability in Romania by developing and executing commercial strategies.
  2. Build and expand the sales pipeline through prospecting, lead management, networking, and new client acquisition.
  3. Identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities to generate revenue and expand SAMY’s market presence.
  4. Own commercial performance, revenue targets, sales KPIs, and business growth initiatives.
  5. Manage client relationships, acting as the primary contact for new clients and international accounts.
  6. Lead client meetings, strategic discussions, and account development during pitching and onboarding.
  7. Lead pitches, proposals, and commercial presentations, developing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  8. Oversee client onboarding and implementation, driving long-term account growth through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic partnerships.

Skills & experience

  1. Business Development & Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in business growth, revenue generation, client acquisition, and profitability.
  2. Agency & Digital Marketing Experience: Background in agency, social media, digital marketing, growth, or business development environments.
  3. Client Relationship & Negotiation Skills: Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  4. Strategic & Operational Execution: Ability to identify opportunities, lead pitches, manage complex projects, and translate strategy into results.
  5. Leadership & Collaboration: Experience in people management, team coaching, and leading cross-functional teams.
  6. Entrepreneurial Mindset & Communication: Proactive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and customer-focused, with full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  7. Languages: both Romanian and English proven full working proficiency level (at least C1 in both).
