Vai liderar o time de performance e responder pelos resultados de mídia paga, delivery e CRM. Seu trabalho vai combinar estratégia, análise de dados e execução.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e otimizar estratégias de tráfego pago (Meta Ads, Google Ads e outras plataformas), gerenciando investimentos, campanhas geolocalizadas e testes A/B com foco em conversão e ROI;Gerenciar a performance dos canais de delivery (app próprio, iFood, 99Food e outros), acompanhando vendas, cardápios, preços, promoções, avaliações e indicadores operacionais;Desenvolver estratégias para aumentar a participação do canal próprio de delivery, reduzindo a dependência dos marketplaces;Conduzir negociações e ações comerciais com plataformas de delivery, buscando melhores condições e oportunidades de crescimento;Estruturar estratégias de CRM, fidelização e automação de marketing, com segmentação de clientes e campanhas personalizadas para aquisição, recompra e retenção;Monitorar indicadores como CAC, ROAS, ROI, conversão, ticket médio, frequência de compra, LTV e receita por canal, desenvolvendo análises e dashboards;Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de performance e CRM, atuando de forma integrada com Marketing, Operações, Produto e TI.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em Growth, Marketing de Performance ou áreas relacionadas, preferencialmente em varejo, food service ou delivery;Domínio de Meta Ads, Google Ads, gestão de investimentos em mídia e estratégias de aquisição e conversão;Experiência na gestão de marketplaces de delivery, especialmente iFood, incluindo campanhas, indicadores e performance comercial;Conhecimento em CRM, automação de marketing, segmentação de clientes e estratégias de fidelização;Excel ou Google Sheets avançado e familiaridade com ferramentas de BI, como Power BI ou Looker Studio;Experiência com gestão de equipes, análise de indicadores e tomada de decisão orientada por dados.DiferenciaisVivência em redes com múltiplas unidades e estratégias que conectem canais digitais e lojas físicas;Conhecimento em GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI e modelos de atribuição;Experiência com programas de fidelidade e marketing de influência.
