Responsibilities

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Therapie und Diagnostik sowie Organisation der weiteren Behandlung
  • Diagnosestellung sowie Festlegung und Weiterentwicklung von Behandlungsstandards
  • Sicherstellung einer verständlichen und wertschätzenden Kommunikation mit Patienten und Angehörigen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung im Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Begleitung von Kollegen in Weiterbildung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Klinik und des Fachbereichs

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Humanmedizin sowie abgeschlossene fachärztliche Weiterbildung in Innerer Medizin mit Zusatzbezeichnung Geriatrie
  • Begeisterung für das Fachgebiet sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und der aktiven Gestaltung von Abläufen
  • Klare, wertschätzende und professionelle Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung sowie Motivation, gemeinsam im Team die Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs voranzutreiben

Das Sana Klinikum Hameln-Pyrmont bietet mit rund 1.200 gut qualifizierten Mitarbeitenden eine kompetente medizinische Versorgung mit 401 Planbetten für rund 65.000 stationäre und ambulante Patienten jährlich. In 12 Fachabteilungen behandelt das Haus der Schwerpunktversorgung jährlich etwa 23.000 stationäre und 43.000 ambulante Patienten.
