About the role

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our vibrant team. What you’ll be doing

  • Strategically managing a portfolio of key accounts to foster long-term business relationships
  • Efficiently identifying and solving complex client issues, ensuring a smooth, satisfactory client experience
  • Leveraging CRM systems to analyse account data and drive strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet key account needs
  • Conducting regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and uncover new growth opportunities
  • Adapting strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions and client requirements

What you'll need

  • Demonstrable experience in key account management, with a proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships
  • Expert knowledge of CRM systems and their application in managing customer relationships and driving sales
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address client issues effectively and creatively
  • Strong communication skills, with the aptitude to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasively
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities and the ability to work under tight deadlines
