RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de soluções avançadas de análise para monitoramento de condições e otimização de desempenho de ativos industriais;
  • Compilar e analisar documentação técnica industrial como manuais operacionais, fichas técnicas e P&ID’s para reunir informações que serão utilizadas como entrada para modelos orientados por dados (tags de instrumentos, curvas de desempenho de equipamentos e limites operacionais como Hi e Lo);
  • Ajudar na implementação das soluções orientadas por dados, desenvolvidas com modelagem matemática de processos termodinâmicos industriais para apoiar a redução de emissões de GEE;
  • Explorar dados históricos em séries temporais de equipamentos de processo para validar hipóteses e testar técnicas de modelagem;
  • Implementar produtos digitais em novos clientes, além de apoiar o desenvolvimento de novos recursos;
  • Definição de problemas: participar da definição de problemas junto aos proprietários de negócios, cientistas de dados e outros engenheiros para identificar oportunidades.

REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS:

  • Graduação completa em Engenharia Química, Engenharia de Processos ou Engenharia Mecânica com foco em processos industriais;
  • Experiência como Engenheiro de Processos em indústrias como Oil & Gas, Refinaria, Petroquímica ou setores semelhantes;
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Proficiência em ferramentas de simulação de processos e otimização de processos termodinâmicos;
  • Colaboração: Forte habilidade de trabalhar em equipe, com capacidade para interagir eficientemente entre as funções técnica, de design e de negócios;
  • Idioma: Proficiência avançada em inglês;
  • CREA.

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência trabalhando com tecnologias digitais na indústria para simulação de processos e monitoramento de condições;
  • Experiência em O&G;
  • Experiência com AVEVA PI System ou Data Historian semelhante;
  • Aptidão para usar notebooks Python para avaliar a saída de modelos e realizar análises simples de dados.
