Verantwoordelijkheden

Als HVAC Technieker, ben je een essentiële schakel in onze klantenservice en draag je bij aan het comfort en de tevredenheid van onze klanten. Je staat garant voor kwalitatieveinterventies en een veilige werking van installaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud van verwarmingsinstallaties (aardgas, mazout) en warmtepompen, zodat deze steeds optimaal functioneren;
  • Het opsporen, diagnosticeren en oplossen van defecten op een efficiënte en duurzame manier, zodat klanten snel weer geholpen zijn;
  • Het strikt naleven van veiligheidsnormen en wetgeving, zodat elke interventie veilig en betrouwbaar verloopt;
  • Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van opdrachten, met de steun van een hecht team waarin samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan;
  • Het adviseren van klanten met praktische tips en technische oplossingen om hun installatie optimaal te laten presteren.

Profiel

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en bekwame HVAC Technieker met passie voor techniek en een sterk gevoel voor klantenservice.

Je beschikt over de volgende kwalificaties en vaardigheden:

  • Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring met een goede basis in elektriciteit;
  • Certificaten: Cedicol en minimum G1 (erkend technicus gasvormige brandstoffen). Extra certificaten, zoals koeltechnische erkenning (categorie I), zijn een pluspunt;
  • Zelfstandigheid en organisatievermogen: je kan taken zelfstandig uitvoeren, maar werkt ook graag samen binnen een team;
  • Sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en nauwkeurigheid in het opvolgen van procedures;
  • Rijbewijs B noodzakelijk voor verplaatsingen;
  • Talenkennis: je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid: je bent professioneel in je contacten en helpt klanten met duidelijke en vriendelijke uitleg
