Notre partenaire est une entreprise technologique en pleine transformation digitale, qui investit massivement dans l'intelligence artificielle et l'automatisation de ses processus.

Dans le cadre du développement de son équipe IA, l'entreprise recherche un AI Engineer capable de concevoir, développer et industrialiser des agents intelligents intégrés directement aux opérations métiers.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe spécialisée travaillant sur des problématiques concrètes d'orchestration d'agents IA, d'automatisation et d'intégration de modèles génératifs, dans un environnement où l'innovation a un impact direct sur les activités quotidiennes.

AI Engineer | Le rôle

  • Développer et faire évoluer des agents IA destinés à supporter et automatiser différents processus métiers.
  • Participer à l'orchestration de workflows IA et à l'intégration de systèmes multi-agents.
  • Intégrer et exploiter des LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI et technologies similaires).
  • Développer des services et composants IA en Python.
  • Mettre en place et maintenir des automatisations via Power Automate et d'autres outils d'orchestration.
  • Optimiser la performance, la fiabilité et la maintenabilité des solutions tout en assurant leur documentation.

AI Engineer | Le profil

  • Vous disposez d'une excellente maîtrise de Python et possédez une expérience significative en développement logiciel.
  • Vous avez une expérience concrète avec les LLMs, leurs APIs et les outils d'IA générative.
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des projets impliquant des agents IA, des systèmes orchestrés ou des workflows automatisés.
  • Vous maîtrisez les concepts de tool calling, gestion du contexte, mémoire conversationnelle et orchestration de flux.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les bases de données SQL telles que MySQL ou Microsoft SQL Server.
