Client Delivery Manager | Implémentation & Run | Bruxelles

Notre client est une société belge spécialisée dans l’intégration de solutions logicielles chez ses clients : des plateformes qu’elle déploie, customise et maintient directement dans leur environnement, parfois pendant des années.

Sa particularité ? Une partie du delivery technique passe par un partenaire externe, pendant que les engagements pris côté client restent forfaitaires. Piloter cet écart est au cœur du métier, pas en marge.

Ses comptes sont adossés à des contrats-cadres de longue durée, ce qui donne une visibilité rare sur les projets et permet de construire une vraie relation client plutôt que d’enchaîner les missions.

Dans un contexte de croissance, elle recherche un(e) Client Delivery Manager senior pour reprendre un portefeuille existant, avec une trajectoire assumée vers le pilotage d’un programme complet.

Le poste

  • Vous reprenez la responsabilité de plusieurs comptes clients : implémentations, engagements contractuels, budgets, qualité de service et relation avec les décideurs côté client.
  • Vous êtes le point de jonction entre le client, les équipes internes et le partenaire technique, et vous gardez la main sur le contenu fonctionnel des déploiements.

Rôle

  • Piloter les projets d’implémentation et d’upgrade chez le client, du cadrage à la mise en production.
  • Gérer les budgets, les délais et les engagements contractuels, en arbitrant entre ce qui a été promis au client et ce que le partenaire peut délivrer.
  • Piloter le partenaire externe au quotidien : capacité, qualité des livrables, délais et escalades.
  • Travailler avec le business analyst sur le cadrage des besoins : challenger les demandes, les confronter aux capacités de la plateforme et trancher sur les customisations.
  • Suivre le run et le ticketing, anticiper les risques contractuels et budgétaires, et porter les arbitrages difficiles auprès du client.

Profil

  • Expérience senior côté prestataire — intégrateur, éditeur ou consultant — dans le déploiement de solutions logicielles chez des clients externes. Un parcours uniquement en interne, sur des projets IT d’entreprise, ne correspond pas au poste.
  • À l’aise avec la dimension fonctionnelle : vous comprenez les solutions que vous déployez et savez challenger une analyse plutôt que seulement coordonner. Vous maîtrisez aussi les mécanismes contractuels, forfait et régie, et vous savez où se joue la marge.
  • Anglais courant indispensable ; diplomatie, rigueur administrative et capacité à tenir une position face à un client exigeant.
