Êtes-vous le Team Leader capable de piloter des projets, de fédérer votre équipe et de mettre en œuvre des solutions IT à forte valeur ajoutée ?

Sander recherche un Team Manager IT expérimenté pour une mission intérimaire, afin de diriger et de développer son équipe GIS (Système d’Information Géographique) au sein de l’unité Works, GIS & Customer (WGC), rattachée au département Digital Business Solutions (IT).

Vous serez responsable d’une équipe IT chargée de la maintenance et de l’évolution des systèmes GIS et de gestion des actifs. Vous veillerez au bon fonctionnement opérationnel de l’équipe, à la qualité des services IT délivrés et à l’amélioration continue des applications et des processus soutenant les activités opérationnelles.

Cette mission s’adresse à un manager IT confirmé, disposant d’une solide expérience en management d’équipes, en gestion de projets et en delivery IT, idéalement dans le secteur des utilities ou de l’énergie.

Role

  • Management d’équipe : diriger, coordonner et accompagner une équipe IT d’au moins 8 ETP, composée d’analystes, de développeurs et de chefs de projet.
  • Gestion opérationnelle : assurer la gestion quotidienne de l’équipe, la répartition des ressources, la priorisation des activités et le suivi des livrables.
  • IT Service Delivery : superviser la maintenance, le support et l’évolution des systèmes GIS et de gestion des actifs.
  • Gestion de projets : coordonner les projets IT, suivre leur avancement et garantir le respect des objectifs, des délais et des attentes métier.
  • Gestion des parties prenantes : collaborer étroitement avec les équipes métier, les équipes IT et les utilisateurs opérationnels, tant au bureau que sur le terrain.
  • Amélioration continue : mettre en œuvre les bonnes pratiques de gestion des services IT, notamment selon les principes ITIL, afin d’améliorer la qualité et l’efficacité des services.
  • Évolution des applications : accompagner le développement de la plateforme GIS et son intégration avec les systèmes clés de Sibelga, notamment le Workforce Management System, l’ADMS et les applications de gestion de l’éclairage intelligent.
  • Développement de l’équipe : favoriser la collaboration, l’autonomie, la responsabilisation et le développement des compétences des collaborateurs.

Profil

  • Diplôme de bachelier en économie, ingénierie industrielle, sciences, informatique ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’IT Manager ou dans la coordination d’une équipe IT au sein d’une organisation de taille moyenne ou grande.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la direction d’une équipe IT Delivery.
  • Expérience avérée dans le management d’une équipe d’au moins 8 ETP.
  • Bonne expérience des pratiques ITIL et de la gestion des services IT.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets.
  • Maîtrise du français.

Compétences constituant un atout

  • Diplôme de master en économie, ingénierie industrielle, sciences, informatique ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience dans la gestion opérationnelle quotidienne d’une organisation ICT et dans l’encadrement de collaborateurs.
  • Expérience dans le secteur des utilities ou de l’énergie.
  • Expérience avec les systèmes GIS et les solutions de gestion des actifs.
  • Connaissance des technologies Hexagon Networks.
