Lead Developer .NET | le poste :

En tant que Lead Developer, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la conception, le développement et l’évolution d’applications internes liées aux activités financières et aux achats. Vous assurerez la coordination technique d’une équipe de développeurs locaux et internationaux.

Vos responsabilités comprendront :

  • Analyser les besoins métiers et concevoir des architectures logicielles robustes et évolutives.
  • Développer des applications frontend en Angular et backend en .NET / C#.
  • Garantir la qualité, la performance et la sécurité des applications, notamment à travers les code reviews et les bonnes pratiques de développement.
  • Accompagner les développeurs dans leur montée en compétences et coordonner les activités d’une équipe répartie sur plusieurs sites.
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes et participer aux projets selon une méthodologie Agile, organisée en sprints.

Lead Developer .NET | Le profil :

  • Vous disposez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en développement applicatif et d’une expérience en leadership technique.
  • Vous maîtrisez Angular, .NET / .NET Core et C#..
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec Git, les pipelines CI/CD et l’architecture logicielle.
  • Vous êtes sensible à la qualité du code, aux tests automatisés et aux pratiques DevOps. Des connaissances en Docker, Kubernetes ou AWS constituent un atout.
  • Vous disposez d’un bon niveau d’anglais pour collaborer avec des équipes internationales.
  • Vous faites preuve de leadership, d’autonomie et de pragmatisme, avec de bonnes capacités de communication et une orientation résultats.
