Notre client est une société belge spécialisée dans l’intégration et l’implémentation de solutions de gestion chez ses clients, reconnue pour son expertise sur des environnements applicatifs complexes.

Sa particularité ? Des plateformes fortement customisées, déployées et maintenues chez le client, avec une vraie continuité : les contrats sont signés sur de longues durées.

Son activité combine projets d’implémentation, run, ticketing et projets d’upgrade, en s’appuyant sur des équipes internes et des partenaires techniques externes.

Dans un contexte de croissance, elle renforce son équipe de pilotage et recherche un(e) Project Manager IT issu(e) du monde de l’intégration ERP ou CRM.

Le poste

  • Vous prenez la gestion opérationnelle de plusieurs comptes clients et des projets d’implémentation et d’évolution qui y sont rattachés.
  • Vous pilotez la relation entre le client, les équipes internes et un partenaire technique externe, tout en gardant la main sur le contenu fonctionnel des projets.

Rôle

  • Gérer les budgets, les délais et les engagements contractuels de vos comptes.
  • Travailler avec le business analyst sur le cadrage des besoins clients : challenger les demandes, les confronter aux capacités du produit standard et arbitrer les customisations à retenir.
  • Piloter le prestataire externe qui délivre les équipes techniques, et coordonner les échanges entre client, partenaire et équipes internes.
  • Suivre le run et le ticketing, et piloter les projets d’upgrade et de montée de version.
  • Identifier les risques contractuels, budgétaires et opérationnels, et porter les arbitrages auprès du client.

Profil

  • Expérience en gestion de projets d’implémentation ERP, CRM ou de solutions de gestion similaires, côté intégrateur, éditeur ou consultant, chez des clients externes.
  • À l’aise avec la dimension fonctionnelle des projets : vous comprenez les solutions que vous déployez et savez challenger une analyse ou une spécification plutôt que seulement coordonner.
  • Anglais courant indispensable ; rigueur administrative, diplomatie et sens de la relation client.
