Our partner, an international technology organisation operating in a highly connected and evolving digital environment, is looking for an experiencedSecurity Managerto reinforce its Legal & Compliance function.

You'll be working in amulticultural, international setting, collaborating with different departments and stakeholders while contributing to governance, cybersecurity, privacy and regulatory initiatives.

Security Manager - The Job

  • GRC Strategy:Drive the organisation's governance, risk and compliance framework, from risk identification to mitigation and reporting.
  • Security & Certifications:Manage compliance withISO 27001, ISO 22301and other relevant security and resilience frameworks.
  • Regulatory Compliance:Translate European regulations such asNIS2, CER and GDPRinto actionable policies, controls and processes.
  • Privacy Management:Coordinate GDPR compliance, DPIAs, privacy assessments and support the DPO in data protection governance.
  • ESG & Corporate Governance:Develop ESG governance processes, monitor commitments and coordinate reporting activities.
  • Stakeholder Advisory:Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, challenge existing practices and continuously improve GRC tools and processes.

Security Manager - The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experiencein GRC, compliance, risk management or auditing.
  • Master's degree inLaw, Compliance, Risk Managementor another relevant discipline.
  • Solid understanding ofinformation security governance, GDPR, ISO standards, NIS2 and CER.
  • Hands-on experience withGRC platforms, risk frameworks and internal control systems.
  • Native-levelDutch or French, professional proficiency in the other national language and excellent English.
  • Strong communicator with an international mindset, able to influence stakeholders and manage complex topics with confidence.
