Our partner is a growing professional services organisation looking for a hands-onSupport Engineerto join its collaborative IT team.

This is more than a traditional support role: you'll work alongside experienced IT professionals, discover new technologies and gradually take on more technical responsibilities. Support Engineer - Your Role

  • IT Support:Act as the first point of contact for colleagues, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure efficient ticket follow-up.
  • Hardware & Workplace:Configure laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment, while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Microsoft 365:Help users get the most out of Microsoft 365 applications and digital workplace tools.
  • Digital Innovation:ExploreAI, automation and emerging technologies, contributing to smarter tools and more efficient internal processes.
  • Technical Development:Collaborate closely with experienced IT colleagues and System Engineers, progressively expanding your technical knowledge and responsibilities.
  • Team Collaboration:Connect with colleagues across different offices and contribute to a consistent, high-quality IT experience throughout the organisation.

Support Engineer - Your Profile

  • Education:A Bachelor's or Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, ICT or a related field; graduates and junior profiles are welcome.
  • Technical Curiosity:A genuine interest inMicrosoft 365, AI, automation and digital innovation, with the motivation to keep learning.
  • Problem-Solving:A practical, hands-on mindset and the ability to analyse issues and find effective solutions.
  • Soft Skills:Strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude and a genuine enjoyment of helping others.
  • Languages:ExcellentDutch, with a good knowledge ofEnglish and French.
  • Mobility & Mindset:A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to travel between offices when needed. A Category B driving licenceis an asset.
