Notre partenaire recherche un Test Engineer pour renforcer son équipe QA et de garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la performance de ses solutions logicielles.

Pour soutenir son évolution, elle investit dans des pratiques modernes de développement et d’automatisation, notamment à travers des environnements CI/CD et une architecture basée sur des microservices.

Test Engineer | Le rôle

En tant que Test Engineer, tu joueras un rôle central dans la stratégie de qualité logicielle. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs, les Product Owners et les équipes techniques afin de concevoir, automatiser et améliorer les processus de test tout au long du cycle de développement.

Tes responsabilités seront notamment les suivantes :

  • Définir la couverture et la stratégie de test dès la phase d’analyse des nouvelles fonctionnalités.
  • Concevoir et développer des tests automatisés End-to-End en collaboration avec les équipes de développement.
  • Réaliser des tests manuels et exploratoires afin de valider les comportements complexes des applications.
  • Développer et maintenir les outils de gestion et d’injection de données de test dans un environnement basé sur des microservices.
  • Intégrer les tests automatisés dans les pipelines CI/CD et assurer le suivi de leur exécution.
  • Identifier et corriger les tests instables (flaky tests) afin de garantir la fiabilité des campagnes de test.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus QA et des bonnes pratiques de test.

Test Engineer | Le profil

  • Tu disposes d’une formation en informatique, en ingénierie ou d’une expérience équivalente acquise notamment via une formation spécialisée.
  • Tu possèdes une première expérience solide en QA technique, avec une orientation marquée vers l’automatisation des tests.
  • Tu as de bonnes connaissances en TypeScript et maîtrises un outil de test End-to-End tel que Playwright ou Cypress.
  • Tu connais des frameworks de tests comme Vitest ou Jest.
  • Tu es familier avec les environnements React, Node.js et Express.
  • Tu as une bonne compréhension des architectures microservices et des environnements CI/CD.
  • Tu es analytique, rigoureux et capable de comprendre rapidement des environnements techniques complexes.
  • Tu fais preuve d’autonomie, de proactivité et apprécies collaborer avec différentes équipes.
