I Sandlyng Børnehus arbejder vi ud fra et helhedsorienteret børnesyn, hvor relationer, trivsel og leg er omdrejningspunktet. Vi tager afsæt i mentaliseringsbaserede tilgange, hvor forståelsen af egen og andres følelser, intentioner og perspektiver er en central del af det pædagogiske arbejde. Det betyder, at vi har fokus på at møde hvert barn dér, hvor det er, både følelsesmæssigt, socialt og udviklingsmæssigt. Som pædagog i Sandlyng Børnehus bliver du en del af et team i faglig udvikling, og hvor samarbejde og faglig refleksion er en stor prioritet. Du skal være god til at strukturerer og skabe en forudsigelig hverdag for børnene men samtidig hjælpe med at skabe plads til leg, fantasi og spontanitet. Du vil få mulighed for at bringe dine faglige kompetencer i spil og være med til at udvikle vores pædagogiske praksis med afsæt i Sorø kommunes 10 pejlemærker.

Vi søger dig, der:

  • Er uddannet pædagog
  • Kan skabe ro, nærvær og gode rutiner for de yngste også når hverdagens travlhed rammer os.
  • Har lyst til at indgå i et tæt samarbejde med kolleger og forældre
  • Har erfaring med dokumentation og skriftligt arbejde
  • Har interesse for eller erfaring med mentaliseringsbaseret pædagogik

Ansættelsesvilkår: Løn i henhold til gældende overenskomst og reglerne for ny løn. Ved ansættelse indhentes udvidet straffeattest og børneattest.
