Job Description

В портфеле компании «Сандоз» около 100 препаратов европейского качества, которые представлены в 95% аптек России. Они применяются в борьбе с различными заболеваниями — от обычной простуды до рака. Компания занимает одну из лидерских позиций во врачебной выписке и рекомендациям фармацевтов.

В зону Вашей ответственности будет входить:

  • Анализ территории, конкурентного окружения, разработка бизнес-плана и плана развития клиента, прогнозирование продаж, бюджетирование в рамках группы клиентов в привязке к стратегии и текущей ситуации
  • Мониторинг выполнения сетевыми клиентами контрактных условий, обеспечения условий для развития/поддержания дистрибуции, продаж и доли рынка ключевых брендов
  • Управление ассортиментной матрицей, включая работу с товарным запасом
  • Согласование акций по поддержке продвижения продукции компании во вверенных клиентах
  • Кросс-функциональное взаимодействие с полевой командой и командой трейд-маркетинга
  • Координация документооборота и его наполнение, с точки зрения корректного отражения бизнес договоренностей, с сетями, закреплёнными в зоне ответственности, в соответствии со стандартами компании

Вы - отличный кандидат на эту роль, если имеете:

  • опыт работы в продажах в фармацевтической компании
  • высшее медицинское или фармацевтическое образование
  • опыт проведения годовых переговорных кампаний
  • ориентированность на результат
  • готовность к командировкам
  • опыт работы с продажами через интернет-аптеки как преимущество
