Du arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen, behältst auch bei verschiedenen Abrechnungen den Überblick und schätzt es, selbstständig zu arbeiten?

Wir sind ein kleines, eingespieltes Immobilienunternehmen in Otelfingen und suchen Verstärkung für unsere Buchhaltung. Bei uns erwarten Dich abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein unkompliziertes, kollegiales Miteinander.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du führst unsere gesamte Liegenschaftenbuchhaltung eigenverantwortlich mit unserem Buchhaltungssystem RIMO R5.
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie die Mieterkonten inklusive Mahnwesen.
  • Du erstellst Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Jahresabrechnungen und Jahresabschlüsse unserer Mietliegenschaften und Miteigentümergemeinschaften.
  • Du erledigst Kontenabstimmungen und sämtliche buchhalterischen Abschlussarbeiten.
  • Du unterstützt unser Bewirtschaftungsteam bei buchhalterischen Fragen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder fundierte Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Eine exakte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Zahlen, Eigenverantwortung und selbstständigem Arbeiten
  • Eine unkomplizierte, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne mitdenkt

Noch keine Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung oder mit RIMO R5?

Kein Problem! Auch wenn Du bisher im Treuhandbereich oder im allgemeinen Rechnungswesen tätig warst, freuen wir uns auf Deine Bewerbung.

Kenntnisse in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung und in RIMO R5 sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Wichtig ist uns, dass Du die Buchhaltung beherrschst. In unsere Abläufe und unser System arbeiten wir Dich gerne ein.
