Principales áreas de desempeño:

El Ingeniero (a) de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente (EHS) estará a cargo de la planeación, generación, ejecución, monitoreo e inspección de los lineamientos para la gestión integral de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente de la organización.

Acerca de la posición:

Realiza las determinaciones de peligros y evaluaciones de riesgos así como las determinaciones de aspectos e impactos ambientales.

Desarrolla y controla la documentación aplicable en materia de EHS

Genera programas y objetivos para el Sistema de EHS

Ejecuta inspecciones de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y Auditorías internas

Genera y ejecuta el programa de capacitación en materia de EHS.

Participa en la selección de proveedores para temas relacionados con el sistema de EHS.

Realiza los planes de seguridad y medio ambiente de los empleados y monitorea su cumplimiento.

Participa activamente en las actividades de prevención y promoción en EHS, Salud y Bienestar

Ejecuta los programas MASS con base en los lineamientos de cliente, así como normatividad vigente en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente, a fin de asegurar que los procesos operativos sean limpios y seguros.

Ejecuta los programas de las cuadrillas de emergencia y simulacros para que el personal responda eficientemente en caso de emergencia.

Realiza auditorías en las distintas áreas de trabajo a fin de detectar actos, condiciones inseguras e impactos ambientales corregirlos de manera oportuna.

Comprueba la aplicación de normas, reglas, estándares y procedimientos en las áreas operativas y administrativas a fin de minimizar la incidencia de accidentes, incidentes e impactos ambientales.

Verifica el cumplimiento de las recomendaciones derivadas de las investigaciones de accidente y de la comisión de seguridad e higiene a fin de minimizar la repetición de accidentes e impactos ambientales por la misma causa.

Promueve actividades que fomenten la motivación, trabajo en equipo y desarrollo del personal a su cargo dentro de un clima laboral que propicie la mejora continua, la productividad y el cumplimiento de los valores institucionales.

Da seguimiento a los programas corporativos del cliente y Sandvik de seguridad en materia de prevención de lesiones, daños al personal y actividades de alto potencial y riesgos críticos.

Realiza investigaciones de incidentes con las metodologías (Ishikawa, What if, 5W+1H, Árbol de decisiones, ACR, ICAM, etc.)

Desarrolla mapeo de riesgos y de procesos.

Elaboración / coordinación de estudios de higiene industrial de acuerdo con normatividad.

Su perfil:

Carrera Profesional en Ingeniería industrial, Química, Medico ambiental o afines.

3 años de experiencia en: Industria de la minería, metal mecánica o de trasformación

Haber participado en procesos de certificación y recertificación de Normas Internacionales

Conocimiento y manejo de regulaciones locales, estatales y federales en materia de EHS de Mexico.

Desarrollo e implementación instrucciones de trabajo, procedimientos ,reglamentos , políticas, etc.

Diseño, desarrollo y ejecución de cursos de capacitación

Nivel básico de idioma Inglés

Alta capacidad para trabajar fuera de casa.
