The Role Reporting to the National Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Woolworths account team to deliver category, market share and sales growth objectives. Working within a high-performing team that manages one of Australia's leading grocery retail partnerships, you'll collaborate closely with National Account Managers, Category, Marketing and Field Sales teams to execute customer plans, promotional programs and strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and mutual success. This role offers an excellent development pathway towards becoming a National Account Manager, providing exposure to key commercial processes, customer planning and cross-functional collaboration. You'll build valuable stakeholder relationships, broaden your influence across the wider team and develop the skills and experience needed to take the next step in your career. Key Responsibilities
Support the National Account team in executing customer and sales strategies. Assist with forecast management and align plans with customer demand requirements. Coordinate in-store and online promotional planning and execution. Support range reviews, category reviews and customer presentation development. Analyse sales, promotional and market data to identify trends, opportunities and risks. Monitor category and customer performance to support business decision-making. Partner with Field Sales teams to ensure excellence in execution. Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers. Manage selected categories and projects within the account portfolio. Prepare reports, insights and recommendations to support customer meetings.

You are keen to develop your career in FMCG sales and account management. What You'll Bring
Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Excellent attention to detail and numerical capability. Ability to interpret sales and market data into actionable insights. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative and proactive approach to work. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline are desirable. Previous experience in sales, category, customer service, commercial analysis or FMCG environments will be highly regarded. Exposure to retail customers or account management activities is advantageous.
