Funciones y tareas: Como gerocultor/a, contribuirás al bienestar y calidad de vida de las personas mayores, acompañándolas en su día a día con una atención cercana, respetuosa y centrada en la persona, junto al equipo multidisciplinar. Tus principales funciones cómo gerocultor/a en Sanitas Mayores serán: - Acompañar a los residentes en las actividades de la vida diaria y cuidados básicos, apoyando en higiene, alimentación y movilidad, y contribuyendo a su bienestar y calidad de vida. - Observar y comunicar cambios en el estado físico o emocional de los residentes, participando en los Planes de Atención Individualizados. - Trabajar de forma coordinada con los profesionales del centro, manteniendo una comunicación cercana con residentes y familias ofreciendo una atención integral y centrada en la persona. - Registrar la evolución diaria de los residentes garantizando la continuidad de los cuidados. Categoría profesional Ayudantes, auxiliares y especialistas Experiencia profesional: 1 a 3 años de experiencia Estudios: - CP de Atención Sociosanitaria a Personas Dependientes en Instituciones Sociales. - Tco de Cuidados Auxiliares en Enfermería - Tco en Atención a Personas en Situación de dependencia. Permiso/s de conducir: No Vehículo propio: No Observaciones: - Jornada laboral: Completa, incluidos findes de semana - Horario: Rotativo - Salario: 20.546¤ brutos anuales por 14 pagas + festivos y domingos. - Lugar de trabajo: Residencia de Mayores Luz de Estella (Calle Sta.
