  • Verantwortung für den operativen Beschaffungsprozess
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen für Lager\- und Kommissionswaren in SAP
  • Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung von Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Terminmanagement für laufende Bestellungen
  • Abklärungen mit Lieferanten bei Fehllieferungen, Lieferrückständen, Schäden und Rücksendungen
  • Mitarbeit in der Rechnungs\- und Gutschriftskontrolle
  • Umsetzung der zentralen Einkaufsstrategie gemäss Vorgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbidlung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik/Einkauf
  • Strukturierte, präzise und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Flair für Zahlen und Prozesse
  • Erfahrung im Einkauf oder Kenntnisse der Sanitärbranche von Vorteil
  • Gute Informatik\-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, SAP MM)
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse
