RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Controlar orçamento do projeto, assegurando alocação eficiente de pessoas e materiais;
  • Manter alinhamento de expectativas, negociar prazos e comunicar status de forma clara;
  • Desenvolver e implementar processos eficientes para a gestão de projetos, promovendo melhorias contínuas e a utilização de metodologias ágeis;
  • Coordenar consultores e consultoras, distribuindo tarefas e monitorando desempenho, além de identificar oportunidades de desenvolvimento e capacitação para os membros da equipe;
  • Elaborar e detalhar o cronograma de implantação de projetos individuais, com escopo e prazo definidos;
  • Alocar consultores e coordenar a execução diária das atividades para cumprimento de metas de projeto;
  • Monitorar progresso de tarefas, resolver impedimentos operacionais e ajustar planos conforme necessidade;
  • Controlar o orçamento do projeto, aprovar despesas e reportar variações à liderança;
  • Conduzir reuniões de kick-off, status e encerramento com clientes e partes interessadas;
  • Gerar relatórios de status (prazo, custo e qualidade) e documentar lições aprendidas.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida em Blumenau/SC. Para candidatos de outras regiões, há possibilidade de atuação 100% remota.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens;
  • Experiência prévia em gerenciamento de projetos, preferencialmente de implantação de sistemas de tecnologia;
  • Diferencial: Pós-graduação em Gerenciamento de Projetos.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Conhecimento ou vivência com a ferramenta Azure DevOps.
