Le attività che seguirai con il tuo team

  • Supporto nella gestione e nel controllo della documentazione di reparto, garantendone la corretta applicazione e il rispetto delle procedure vigenti.
  • Partecipazione alle attività di monitoraggio delle performance del reparto attraverso l'analisi dei principali indicatori operativi.
  • Collaborazione nella gestione di change request e iniziative di continuous improvement, contribuendo all'ottimizzazione dei processi e delle modalità operative.
  • Affiancamento al Project Leader nelle attività legate al progetto di ottimizzazione della Visual Inspection, interfacciandoti con le diverse funzioni coinvolte.
  • Supporto all'implementazione del programma di Visual Inspection Remediation, contribuendo all'esecuzione e al monitoraggio delle attività previste.
  • Collaborazione nella redazione, revisione e aggiornamento delle SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) del reparto e nelle relative attività formative.
  • Partecipazione ai progetti di miglioramento continuo finalizzati ad aumentare l'efficienza, la compliance e l'affidabilità del processo di ispezione visiva.

Chi cerchiamo

  • Laurea in Farmacia, CTF , Ingegneria gestionale
  • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (Livello B2 o superiore)
  • Team working e capacità gestionale
  • Automunito/a (il sito produttivo è raggiungibile solo con mezzi propri)
