Oktober 2026 eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als MFA/Krankenschwester (bevorzugt Study Nurse)/Medizinisch-technische/r Laboratoriumsassistent/in (MTLA) (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position arbeiten Sie eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und übernehmen unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Blutentnahmen und EKGs
  • Durchführung von Studienvisiten nach Prüfplan
  • Präanalytische Bearbeitung und Analyse von Proben (z. B. Blut, Urin)
  • Organisation und Versand von Proben sowie Logistikmanagement
  • Studienbezogene Tätigkeiten wie: Lesen und Umsetzen von Studienprotokollen und Labormanualen, Teilnahme an Site Initiation Visits und studienspezifischen Schulungen, Zusammenarbeit mit Monitoren, Auditoren und externen Laboren, Nutzung und Pflege studienspezifischer Laborportale
  • Einkauf und Verwaltung von Laborbedarf
  • Praxisnahe Umsetzung von Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP) und Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MFA/Krankenschwester/Medizinisch-technische/r Laboratoriumsassistent/in (MTLA)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich klinischer Studien und Kenntnisse in GCP (kein Muss)
  • Erfahrung mit DXA-Scans von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Studienteilnehmenden und im interdisziplinären Team
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
