Heb jij een passie voor techniek en leidt je alles moeiteloos in goede banen? Dan ben jij misschien wel de werfleider die we zoeken!

Als werfleider sta je in voor zowel de opstart, begeleiding als opvolging van nieuwbouwprojecten voor het plaatsen van sanitair, CV en ventilatie. Een unieke job met veel afwisseling tussen kantoorwerk, coördinatie en zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Projectvoorbereiding: je bereidt het werfdossier voor, verzamelt de nodige technische informatie, materialen en stelt de planningen op.
  • Werforganisatie: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de werf, inrichting en coördinatie van externe partijen.
  • Teamcoordinatie: je stuurt zowel eigen personeel als onderaannemers aan, en zorgt voor optimale kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Rapportage en communicatie: je houdt de projectleider en andere stakeholders op de hoogte van de voortgang door regelmatig te rapporteren over de financiële status, vorderingsstaten en eventuele meerwerken.
  • Veiligheid en milieu: je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen alle veiligheidsvoorschriften naleeft en houdt de werf proper.
  • Opleiding: bij voorkeur heb je een diploma in een technische richting behaald.
  • Ervaring: minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring als werfleider in de sector (HVAC of sanitair).
  • Praktische vaardigheden: je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren, en steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Karakter: je kan vlot overweg met klanten, bent energiek en zoekt steeds naar de beste oplossing.
  • Talen: de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Heb je bovengenoemde opleidingen en werkervaring niet maar beschik je over de nodige ervaring in het plaatsen van technieken gecombineerd met het aansturen van een team? Aarzel dan zeker niet om te solliciteren.
