Realizar gerenciamento de projetos, criação de planos de projetos, cronogramas e orçamentos de projetos de diferentes portes. Atuar como responsável por todas as fases dos projetos sob sua responsabilidade com orientação do gestor responsável.Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento para garantir que os projetos estejam em conformidade com o ciclo de vida planejado. Realizar acompanhamento técnico e financeiro do projeto, afim de alcançar os objetivos levantados e o alcance de resultados em tempo planejado. Avaliar os resultados alcançados do projeto, após implantação.Horário: 8h às 18h de segunda a quinta-feira e 8h às 17h na sexta-feira.Salário: R$ 6.491,97Benefícios:

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir projetos de médio e grande porte relacionados ao Portfólio de Projetos Institucional, aplicando as boas práticas de gerenciamento de projetos e contribuindo diretamente para o alcance dos objetivos estratégicos;Elaborar materiais e documentos para formalização e aprovação do projeto, conforme alçada de aprovação;Elaborar e manter o plano do projeto atualizado, orientando os responsáveis pelas tarefas na execução e zelando pelo registro tempestivo da evolução;Conduzir reuniões periódicas com a equipe do projeto com a finalidade de garantir a execução do projeto e mapeamento de riscos e lições aprendidas;Identificar, discutir, registrar e aprovar solicitações de mudança que impactem o plano do projeto (escopo, entregas, prazo e custos);Monitorar e controlar todas as fases dos projetos. Bem como registrar a evolução do projeto, dando transparência ao monitoramento realizado, conforme cronograma corporativo, para reuniões de monitoramento de projetos e estratégia;Reportar aos clientes, patrocinadores, gerência e coordenação do Escritório de Projetos sempre que houver impactos no plano do projeto.Elaborar materiais e documentos para formalização e aprovação do projeto, conforme alçada de aprovação;Elaborar e manter o plano do projeto atualizado, orientando os responsáveis pelas tarefas na execução e zelando pelo registro tempestivo da evolução.Executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e nível de complexidade, mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Ensino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas. Ciência da Computação, Sistema de Informação. Engenharia. Saúde. Educação ou áreas correlatas.Desejável: Especialização em Gestão de Projetos, Processos, Gestão Agil, Gestão empresarial ou Cerificações em áreas afins.
