Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA atuação do Estagiário, orientado e acompanhado pelo profissional responsável, envolve:- Analise das condições operacionais, ocorrências e pendências, bem como organização do trabalho de forma adequada ao número de pacientes e conforme prioridades;- Orientação e acompanhamento das atividades de enfermagem, bem como do suporte administrativo do setor, observando técnicas, procedimentos, rotinas e cuidados de enfermagem;- Procedimentos de enfermagem de menor complexidade ou que necessitem de conhecimentos técnicos e específicos;- Precauções de contato visando à redução dos índices de infecção hospitalar;- Treinamentos aos Técnicos de Enfermagem sobre temas específicos;- Cumprimento da legislação, normas internas e à segurança no trabalho;- Apoio aos profissionais responsáveis em assuntos inerentes à sua área de atuação, apresentando e discutindo soluções para problemas e irregularidades;- Acompanhar corrida beira leito com a equipe multiprofissional e realização deround;- Participar de discussões de condutas sobre os pacientes;- Realizar interpretação de exames laboratoriais;- Executar procedimentos de enfermagem supervisionado;- Realizar gestão de risco dos pacientes;- Compreender e executar rotina burocrática do setor (Admissão, evolução, alta);- Realizar e interpretar balanço hídrico;-Compreender prescrição médica e administração de medicamentos;- Coletar de exames laboratoriais;- Participar e ministrar treinamentos;- Compreender e realizar medidas de prevenção de infecção;- Acompanhar o enfermeiro nos processos administrativos como:aplicação de ficha funcional, advertência, orientações, resolução de conflitos,remanejamento de colaboradores;- Auxiliar procedimentos médicos;- Compreender fluxo e realizar hemotransfusão;- Acompanhar evolução da ferida operatória e troca de curativos de lesões por pressão e feridas operatória;- Manipulação e troca de curativos de drenos abdominais e ostomias;- Realizar check list pré-operatório;- Entender e interpretar exames laboratoriais;-Administração de quimioterápicos supervisionado;-Realizar consultas de enfermagem supervisionado;- Executar outras tarefas correlatas, do mesmo grau de dificuldade mediante solicitação do superior imediatoRequisitos e qualificações - Obrigatório: Cursando o Ensino Superior de Enfermagem.
