Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na pesquisa e identificação de fornecedores que atendam às necessidades da Instituição em termos de qualidade, preço e prazos de entrega.Coletar e comparar cotações de diferentes fornecedores, buscando as melhores condições de preço e qualidade para os produtos ou serviços necessários.Analisar propostas, comparando as cotações recebidas, considerando aspectos como custo, qualidade e prazos de entrega, e recomendar a escolha do fornecedor mais adequado.Emitir Pedidos de Compra com base nas decisões de aquisição, garantindo que todos os detalhes estejam corretos.Acompanhar o status dos pedidos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega e a resolução de problemas ou atrasos de forma eficiente.Manter registros precisos de pedidos de compras, contratos e outras transações relacionadas a aquisições, garantindo a conformidade com as políticas e procedimentos da empresa.Monitorar os níveis de estoque e auxiliar no planejamento de compras para garantir que os produtos estejam disponíveis conforme as demandas operacionais.Participar de avaliações de desempenho de fornecedores, contribuindo para a seleção e manutenção de relacionamentos comerciais duradouros e vantajosos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em andamento: Administração, Logística e Áreas Correlatas.Conhecimento intermediário em informática.Compreensão dos processos de compras: pesquisa de fornecedores, solicitação de cotações e negociação. Conhecimento básico sobre técnicas de negociação e gestão de estoque.
