Job Description: AI Business Consultant

Propósito

Transformar problemas de negocio complejos en soluciones de tecnología e IA viables, construibles y adoptables. Liderar el proceso desde el discovery y diseño de la solución hasta su validación mediante MVP/POC, acompañando el delivery para asegurar que la solución mantenga el foco en los outcomes de negocio esperados.

Responsabilidades Críticas

  1. Business Consulting

Liderar discoveries con clientes para comprender problemas, procesos, stakeholders e impacto esperado. Estructurar problemas ambiguos, identificar oportunidades y definir el business case, outcomes y métricas de éxito.

  1. Product Management

Transformar necesidades de negocio en una propuesta de valor y una solución concreta. Definir hipótesis, alcance, MVP, roadmap y criterios de éxito, priorizando según impacto, viabilidad y time-to-value.

  1. Solution / Technical

Diseñar soluciones conectando negocio y tecnología, considerando experiencia, sistemas, datos, integraciones y restricciones. Trabajar con Engineering, Architecture y AI Specialists para validar su viabilidad y escalabilidad. Construir, cuando la complejidad lo permita, MVPs, POCs y prototipos funcionales utilizando IA, agentes y herramientas no-code/low-code.

  1. Business Analysis

Traducir la solución en definiciones funcionales claras: procesos, reglas de negocio, casos de uso, excepciones, inputs/outputs y criterios de aceptación, con el nivel de detalle necesario para su construcción.

  1. PO / Delivery Product

Acompañar el delivery de la solución diseñada, gestionando definiciones funcionales y prioridades de producto junto al equipo. Mantener la conexión entre el problema, la solución y la ejecución, detectando desvíos respecto de los outcomes definidos.

  1. Transformation / Change

Diseñar y acompañar la transición AS-IS → TO-BE, identificando impactos en procesos, roles y formas de trabajo. Impulsar la adopción, medir resultados y proponer ajustes para lograr un impacto sostenible.

Modelo de trabajo

El AI Business Consultant es responsable de la coherencia funcional y de negocio de la solución.

Qualifications

  • 4+ años en Business Consulting, Product Management, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting o roles similares en tecnología.
  • Experiencia liderando discovery y transformando problemas de negocio en soluciones digitales.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos de Engineering y Delivery.
  • Experiencia diseñando productos, MVPs, POCs o soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Conocimiento práctico de IA aplicada a negocio: LLMs, agentes, RAG, automatizaciones y herramientas no-code/low-code.
  • Capacidad para comprender sistemas, datos, APIs e integraciones a nivel funcional.
  • Inglés avanzado.
