Die Santschi Immobilien \& Verwaltungen GmbH ist spezialisiert auf die Bewirtschaftung von Stockwerkeigentum. Mit viel Sorgfalt, Diskretion und Engagement begleiten wir Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften im Alltag. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Uetendorf suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung dich als

Bewirtschafter/in Stockwerkeigentum (60 \- 80 %)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bewirtschaftest selbstständig verschiedene Stockwerk\- und Miteigentumsliegenschaften.
  • Du führst und begleitest Stockwerk\- und Miteigentumsversammlungen inkl. Einladung, Protokollierung und Beschlussumsetzungen.
  • Du koordinierst Handwerker und andere Dienstleister.
  • Du bist die verlässliche Ansprechperson für Eigentümer.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Berufserfahrung / Kenntnisse in der Bewirtschaftung von Stockwerkeigentum.
  • Du kommunizierst gerne am Telefon und hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen.
  • Du bist offen für moderne und zukunftsorientierte EDV und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Programme ein.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und genau.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
