Como Analista de Departamento Pessoal Sênior na SANY, você será responsável por assegurar a execução, o controle e a conformidade dos processos de Departamento Pessoal, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e fiscal. Também atuará de forma estratégica na análise de indicadores de pessoas (People Analytics), auditorias, melhoria contínua dos processos e suporte a gestores, colaboradores e lideranças locais e internacionais. Se você quer transformar o mundo com qualidade, inovação e excelência, junte-se a nós!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e controlar os processos de admissão, movimentação e desligamento de colaboradores;Elaborar contratos de trabalho, aditivos e demais documentos trabalhistas;Administrar férias, afastamentos, licenças, controle de ponto eletrônico e registros funcionais;Conferir e validar a folha de pagamento, garantindo a correta apuração de horas extras, adicionais, descontos, benefícios e encargos trabalhistas;Administrar os eventos do eSocial e assegurar o cumprimento das obrigações trabalhistas, previdenciárias e fiscais;Monitorar alterações na legislação e implementar adequações nos processos de Departamento Pessoal;Administrar benefícios corporativos e prestar suporte a colaboradores e gestores sobre legislação trabalhista e políticas internas;Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de RH (People Analytics), elaborando dashboards e relatórios gerenciais;Analisar indicadores de headcount, turnover, absenteísmo, horas extras, custos de pessoal e produtividade;Garantir a conformidade dos processos com a legislação vigente, políticas internas e auditorias;Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, automação e digitalização dos processos de RH;Atuar em interface com equipes internacionais, elaborando relatórios, apresentações e materiais em inglês, além de apoiar demandas corporativas globais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Contabilidade, Direito ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, Legislação Trabalhista ou áreas afins será considerado um diferencial;Experiência com processos de folha de pagamento e administração de pessoal;Vivência em empresas multinacionais será considerada um diferencial;Conhecimento sólido em legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;Experiência com eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, encargos sociais e obrigações acessórias;Conhecimento em processos de admissão, desligamento, férias, afastamentos, jornada de trabalho e sistemas de folha de pagamento e ponto eletrônico;Excel avançado, Power BI e ferramentas de análise de dados;Conhecimento em People Analytics, indicadores de RH, auditorias e compliance trabalhista;Inglês avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação).Informações adicionaisVocê usufruirá dos seguintes benefícios:Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida;Refeição;Transporte;Ticket Mês Aniversário;Wellhub.
