Atuar na área de Treinamento Técnico, com foco na capacitação de clientes, distribuidores e colaboradores para a operação e manutenção de equipamentos pesados. Planejar e ministrar treinamentos presenciais e remotos, desenvolver e atualizar materiais didáticos, manuais, avaliações e trilhas de aprendizagem. Identificar necessidades de capacitação junto às áreas de Serviços, Engenharia e Pós-vendas, alinhando os programas às diretrizes estratégicas da empresa. Apoiar o lançamento de novos produtos e prestar suporte técnico durante atividades práticas em campo e em sala de aula. Acompanhar indicadores de treinamento, propor melhorias e interagir com equipes globais para adaptação e implementação de conteúdos técnicos, realizando as demais atividades relacionadas ao cargo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

RequisitosMinistrar treinamentos técnicos presenciais e remotos para clientes, distribuidores e colaboradores.Desenvolver e atualizar materiais didáticos, apresentações, manuais e avaliações de conhecimento.Elaborar trilhas de aprendizagem e programas de capacitação técnica.Realizar levantamentos de necessidades de treinamento junto às áreas de serviços, engenharia e pós-vendas.Apoiar lançamentos de novos produtos por meio da preparação técnica das equipes.Acompanhar indicadores de treinamento e propor ações para melhoria da efetividade dos programas.Prestar suporte técnico durante treinamentos práticos em campo e em sala de aula.Interagir com equipes globais para adaptação e implementação de conteúdos técnicos.DiferenciaisExperiência com plataformas de aprendizagem (LMS).Inglês intermediário ou avançado.Experiência com fabricantes de equipamentos pesados.Conhecimento em equipamentos elétricos e híbridos.Certificações relacionadas a treinamento, educação corporativa ou manutenção.Competências comportamentaisExcelente comunicação e didática.Facilidade para falar em público.Organização e planejamento.Capacidade de desenvolver conteúdos técnicos de forma clara e objetiva.Perfil colaborativo e orientado para resultados.Proatividade e foco na satisfação do cliente.
