Het planningsteam is een onmisbare schakel in het succes van Sarens BE - depot Brussel. Zij zorgen immers dat vraag en aanbod gealigneerd zijn en voorzien een efficiënte planning wat betreft equipment én personeel. Het uitdagende takenpakket, de variatie en de leuke werksfeer maken de job uniek! BOUW MEE AAN #NOTHING TOO HEAVY, NOTHING TOO HIGH.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ijverige (junior) Planner met een grote interesse in administratie om het depot Brussel (tewerkstelling in Wolvertem) te komen versterken. Jouw toekomstig takenpakket als Planner in bullets:

  • Verwerken van binnenkomende bestellingen en opstellen van efficiënte planningen van vloot én personeel.
  • Beheer van het equipment: beheer en aanvragen van vergunning uitzonderlijk vervoer, extra materiaal bestellen indien nodig, ervoor zorgen dat het materiaal tijdig vertrekt naar de werf...
  • Communicatie naar alle betrokken partijen (arbeiders, andere depots...).
  • Up-to-date houden van de toegangen van de medewerkers van depot Brussel.
  • Mee opvolgen van de vloot (driemaandelijkse AIB keuring, technische keuring, onderhoud...).
  • Verwerken van documenten van arbeiders (ziektemeldingen, verlofaanvragen...) en het nakijken en goedkeuren van de gepresteerde uren.
  • Up-to-date houden van de aanmeldingsprocedures van diverse sites....

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Depot Manager van Sarens BE - Depot Brussel en werk je nauw samen met quasi alle collega's van het depot en Sarens BE in het algemeen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een dynamische teamspeler met sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden. Iemand met een 'getting things done'-mentaliteit, en dit liever vandaag dan morgen. Je bent een geboren organisator die de juiste prioriteiten weet te stellen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Je communiceert op een heldere en duidelijke manier naar collega's en externe partners. De profielvereisten:

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs of Bachelor.
  • Ervaring als administratief medewerker, idealiter in een technische omgeving.
  • Ervaring in planning is een troef.
  • Communicatief sterk: Nederlands = uitstekende kennis, Frans en Engels = goede kennis
  • Vlot met de computer (MS Office).
  • Interesse in de heavy lifting wereld (de projecten, het equipment...). Effectieve kennis van kranen & de heavy lifting wereld is een grote plus!
